Cancellation

Refunds or modifications to your stay are possible with a MINIMUM OF 10 DAYS NOTICE – please timely contact the management by email or use the cancellation page.

NO REFUND OR CREDIT is possible with less than 10 days notice.

Rules Seasonal

1- HEATING: It is forbidden to heat your trailer with an electric heater at any time.


2- FIREWOOD: It is now possible to use your own firewood for your campfires.


3- SPEED: The speed limit in the campground is 5 km/h and must be respected
(at all times) for the safety of our children and everyone.


3A- ATVs: ATVs are not allowed in the campground. However, it is possible to
move slowly (limit of 5 km/h) to leave the site or go to your trailer.


4- RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Only golf carts are allowed in the campground
and at the beach.


5- BOATS AND WATER EQUIPMENT: (paddle board, kayak, canoe, pedal boat,
rowboat) You must wash/disinfect your boats at home before your stay. If you go
to another lake, the process must be repeated before putting your boat back in
the water.


6- WASTE/COMPOST/RECYCLING: All waste must be placed in appropriate
bags, tied, and placed in the designated bins at the campground exit. Your boxes
must be disassembled/cut so that they fit into the blue bins. You are responsible
for the cleanliness of your site.


7- LANDSCAPING: Please note that all construction and landscaping must be
done between the opening date of the Campground and June 22. The work must
be approved by the owner. Unapproved work must be removed. Any tree or
branch cutting must be left to the owner.


7A- PATIO: Only your patio can be built with wooden railings. No fixed roof can
be built. For safety reasons, your trailer must be easy to move.


7B- SHED/GAZEBO: Sheds must be purchased in stores, made of aluminum
and/or plastic. The maximum size of a shed is 8×8. They must be easy to move.


7C- SATELLITE: Any satellite antenna must be mounted on the trailer or on a
pole, not in a tree.


8- GLASS: For everyone’s safety, it is strictly forbidden to carry glass containers/
bottles in the campground and at the beach.


9- CIGARETTES: Cigarette butts must be disposed of in appropriate places.


10- PETS: We accept pets. They must be on a leash or in an enclosure at all
times. At the campground, dogs at the beach can be unleashed unless your
animal is aggressive (may need to wear a muzzle). You are responsible for
picking up after them, and excessive barking will not be tolerated.


11- LAWN: Each seasonal camper is responsible for mowing their lawn
(permitted between 10:00 and 20:00). If you are unable to take care of your site,
the owner can do so for an additional fee. If needed, a lawnmower is available for
your use, at a cost of $5 per use.


12- WATER: It is not allowed to water your lawn or wash your vehicles. You can
wash your trailer twice a year, in the off-peak season (May, September). You can
water your plants, flowers, and vegetables.


13- EXCESSIVE NOISE: For the respect of all campers, music and excessive
noise must cease at 23:00.

14- BOATS: A designated area is provided for boat and trailer parking.


15- THE LAKE: Swimming and water activities are at your own risk. However, no
washing or soap is allowed in the lake.


16- TRAILER/MOVING: No moving of lots will be allowed without the owner’s
approval. Non-compliance will result in automatic expulsion from the campground
without a refund.


16A- SALE: When selling a trailer, if you replace your trailer, please inform the
owner.


16B- DEPARTURE: If you voluntarily end your season, please note that no
refund will be issued.


16C- SALE: If you sell your trailer, be advised that the site fees are nonrefundable, and your access to the campground will end. If your buyer wishes to
stay on the lot, please inform the owner. The owner reserves the right to accept
or refuse to rent the lot to the buyer.


17- FIREWORKS: It is forbidden to light fireworks in the campground for
everyone’s safety.


18- THE LODGE: Campers are welcome to use the Lodge and its equipment,
but all children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


19- LATE PAYMENTS: All unpaid balances after the due date will incur a 24%
annual interest charge.


20- CLOSURE: All seasonal campers must have closed their trailers and left the
premises by the scheduled campground closure date at 17:00.


21- CLOSURE A: Seasonal campers who fail to close their trailers by the
scheduled closure date will be charged $100 per day of delay.
